Turning Back Time!

Cydcoed -Woodland For All was an £18 million Forest Commission Wales programme offering 100 per cent funding and support to community groups in Objective One areas to encourage the use of woodlands for jobs, economic growth, conservation and recreation making trees and woods a valuable part of community life. It is funded by the EU and the Welsh Assembly Government

These two 10 metre diameter roundhouses and shelter built at Llynnon Mill, Llanddeusant on Anglesey have been built by MK Enterprises Ltd as part of a Cydcoed funded project managed by Tref Alaw Community Council in partnership with Coed Cymru and the Isle of Anglesey County Council.

The Community group Tref Alaw commissioned MK Enterprises to construct the Roundhouses in May 2006.
